EventSphere is a wedding venue booking system PHP project for BCA, BSc and engineering students. Customers search banquet halls, party lawns, resorts and event services (photography, decor, catering, makeup), check free dates on a month calendar, book a slot and pay the advance online. Vendors list their venues and services and confirm requests, and the admin controls everything from a separate panel.
How it works
- Customer searches venues by city, guest count, venue type and budget
- The venue page shows an availability calendar (free / one slot free / booked) and a live date check
- Customer books a date and slot (morning, evening or full day); the amount and advance are calculated automatically
- The advance is paid with Razorpay (test mode) or Demo mode, and a printable receipt is generated
- The vendor confirms the paid request or rejects it with a reason (the date becomes free again)
- The customer tracks status on a timeline; the admin sees charts, bookings and payments
Users
