CarePulse - Hospital Doctor Appointment & OPD Token System

CarePulse is a doctor appointment system PHP project built for hospitals and multi-speciality clinics. Patients search doctors by department, experience or fee, view the doctor's weekly OPD hours and book a visit. The system instantly gives an appointment code and an OPD token number, so the patient knows his turn before reaching the hospital. Doctors work from a live token queue and write digital prescriptions, while the admin controls departments, doctors, patients, appointments and hospital settings.

How it works

• Patient registers and logs in with email and password
• Patient finds a doctor using search, department filter and fee / experience sort
• Patient books a date and time slot and gets a code like CP-20261025-A42E with a token number
• Doctor logs in and sees today's token queue with patient age, gender, blood group and symptoms
• Doctor writes diagnosis, medicines, advice and next visit date - the visit becomes completed
• Patient views the digital prescription and uploads lab reports (PDF / JPG / PNG)
• Admin monitors everything from the dashboard and updates status and settings
