Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Ananda Technologies Pvt Ltd does not give refunds after purchase. Most of what we sell, such as project source code, course access and software licences, is digital and is delivered instantly, so it cannot be "returned" like a physical product. Please read this policy and check the free information before you pay. At checkout you confirm that you understand there are no refunds.

1. Check before you buy

  • Projects: every project page has a free abstract, the technology used and the modules. Ask us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page if anything is unclear.
  • Courses: use the free preview lessons and the course outline on each course page, where available.
  • Software: products such as Lend, Drive and POS have a free trial or demo.

2. Failed payments

If money is debited but the payment fails, the order is not confirmed and nothing is charged by us. Your bank or Razorpay reverses such debits automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If an order shows as pending even though money was debited, wait a few minutes and refresh the order page — confirmations from the bank can arrive late — or contact us with your payment reference.

3. Academic projects and courses

  • Access is given instantly after payment, so the order cannot be cancelled after purchase.
  • If a project does not run as described, contact us. We will help you install and run it.
  • We do not refund for change of mind, wrong project selection, college rejection of the topic, or missing software or hardware on your computer.
  • For live or classroom training and internships, if we cancel a batch you can join another batch.

4. Software licences (Ananda Suite)

  • Licence and renewal fees are not refundable, either in full or for the unused period.
  • Installation, training or data entry charges are not refundable.

5. Custom software, websites and apps

  • Custom work is built specially for you; the advance and each milestone payment are not refundable.
  • Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, Play Store fees and paid plugins are paid to those providers.

6. Questions

If you have a problem with an order, reach us through our Contact page with your name, registered mobile number or email and order number. We will reply within 2 working days and help you use what you bought.

7. Cancellation of an unpaid order

An order that is not paid is cancelled automatically; nothing is charged.

8. Changes and disputes

We may update this policy from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at the courts of Nanded, Maharashtra.
