Information you give us

  • Contact details such as your name, mobile number, email address, city and business or college name, when you fill an enquiry form, sign up, or contact us on phone or WhatsApp.
  • Account details such as your login email and password (stored in encrypted form) when you create an account on our website or Ananda Technologies.
  • Student details such as your course, college, year and department, when you request a project abstract, buy a project or course, or apply for training or an internship.
  • Business details such as your company name, GST number and requirements, when you ask for a quotation or buy a software licence.
  • Messages and files you send us, such as requirement documents or support requests.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time spent, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Licence and activation data for our installed software (such as the licence key, product, computer identifier and activation date), used only to issue, verify and renew your licence.
  • For student accounts: sign-in time, device and IP address of each login, and which lessons you watch. A student account stays signed in on one device at a time, and your name, mobile number, college and branch are shown as a faint watermark on course videos you watch. We use this only to protect paid course content from account sharing and illegal copying.

Payment information

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We receive only a payment reference, amount, status and the basic details needed to match the payment to your order.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  1. Reply to your enquiries and share quotations, demos and trial licences.
  2. Create and manage your account and give you access to purchased projects, source code and courses.
  3. Process payments and issue invoices and receipts.
  4. Issue, activate and renew software licences, and send renewal reminders.
  5. Provide training, support, certificates and internship documents.
  6. Send important updates about your order, course or licence.

Data of our software customers

When you use our software products (such as Lend, Chit, Drive, POS or Care), the business records you enter, like your customers, borrowers, members, patients or sales, belong to you. We access that data only when you ask for support, installation, data migration or backup help, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
