Terms and Conditions
Last updated
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use the website of Ananda Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Ananda Technologies", "we", "us"), buy our software products, hire us for custom development, or use our student projects, courses, training or internships. Please read them carefully. By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Ananda Technologies Pvt Ltd is a software company based in Nanded, Maharashtra, India. We build custom software, websites and Android apps, sell ready software products (Ananda Suite), and provide projects, courses, training and internships for students.
2. Using our website
- You must give correct information when you sign up, make an enquiry or buy something.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
- You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to hack it, upload harmful code, copy content in bulk, or use it for anything illegal.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
3. Prices and payments
- Prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹). Taxes such as GST are added where applicable and shown at checkout or on the quotation.
- Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
- An order is confirmed only after we receive successful payment.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid at the time of purchase will not change for that order.
4. Software products and licences
Ready software products such as Lend, Drive and POS are licensed, not sold.
- A licence lets you use the software on the computer(s) it is activated for, for the licence period you bought (for example 6 months or 1 year).
- A licence key is tied to the computer it is activated on. Moving it to another computer requires our help and may be subject to our licence rules.
- A free trial licence, where offered, is for evaluation only and expires automatically at the end of the trial period.
- You must not copy, resell, rent, share, reverse engineer or remove licence checks from the software.
- To keep using the software after the licence period, you need to renew it. We send renewal reminders, but renewing on time is your responsibility.
- The business data you enter in the software belongs to you. You are responsible for taking regular backups and for using the software as per laws that apply to your business.
- The software helps you keep records and calculations. It does not give legal, tax or financial advice, and you remain responsible for meeting any licensing or regulatory requirements of your business.
5. Custom software, website and app projects
- Each custom project is governed by a written quotation or agreement that lists the scope, timeline, price and payment milestones.
- Work starts after you accept the quotation and pay the advance mentioned in it.
- Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately.
- Timelines depend on you giving content, feedback and approvals on time. Delays from your side may move the delivery date.
- Unless the quotation says otherwise, ownership of the final source code, domain and project data passes to you once the full payment is received. We may reuse our general tools, libraries and know-how that are not specific to your project.
- Domain, hosting, Play Store accounts and other third-party services are bought in your name and are subject to those providers' terms.
6. Ananda Technologies: projects and courses
- Academic projects are sold as source code, documentation and installation guides for learning and reference. You are responsible for understanding the project and presenting it honestly as per your college or university rules.
- Free project abstracts are shared after signup for information only.
- Course access is personal and for one student only. See section 7 for what is not allowed and what happens if it is misused.
- Certificates are issued only after you complete the course, training or internship requirements we set.
- We do not guarantee marks, grades, project approval by your college, exam results, jobs or placements.
- Project support covers installing and running the project as delivered. Major changes or new features are quoted separately.
7. Account sharing and misuse of course and project content
Our course videos, notes, question papers, quizzes and project files are made with a lot of work, and they are protected by copyright. When you buy a course or project, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use it yourself. You do not get the right to share it.
You must not:
- Share your login ID and password with anyone, including friends, juniors or classmates, or sell or give your account to someone else — also after you pass out.
- Record the screen, download, copy, photograph or save course videos and materials by any method.
- Upload, forward or share our videos, notes, papers or project files on YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, social media or any other website or group.
- Resell, rent or sell project source code, reports or course material, or present them as your own product.
- Try to get around the one-device sign-in, the video watermark or any other protection on the website.
How we find misuse: every course video shows the watching student's name, mobile number, college and branch as a watermark, and each login records the device and time. A leaked recording or shared file can therefore be traced back to the account it came from.
What happens if you misuse it:
- Your access to all courses and projects in the account may be ended immediately, without any refund, and the account may be blocked.
- Certificates issued to the account may be cancelled, and they will then show as cancelled on our verification page.
- We may ask the website, app or group where the content was shared to remove it, and share the account details with them for that purpose.
- We may take legal action against the account holder and anyone who used or spread the content, including a complaint to the police / cyber cell and a claim for damages, as allowed under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other laws of India.
The account holder is responsible for everything done with their account. If you think someone else has your password, change it right away from Password & security and inform us.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, designs, logos, product names, software, course videos and project materials, belongs to Ananda Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission, except as allowed for your own purchase.
9. Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final and there are no refunds after purchase, as explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
We work hard to deliver reliable software and services, but no software is completely free of errors.
- Our software and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, beyond what is written in your quotation or licence.
- We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or service in question.
- We are not responsible for problems caused by your hardware, internet, other software, power cuts, viruses, or incorrect use.
11. Third-party services
Our website and products may use or link to third-party services such as Razorpay, Google, WhatsApp, hosting providers and the Google Play Store. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nanded, Maharashtra. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.
