VisiPass - Visitor Gate Pass System with QR Code

Visitor gate pass system PHP project - VisiPass replaces the paper visitor register at an office or campus gate. A visitor requests a visit online without any login and gets a pass code. The employee to be met (host) approves or rejects the request from his panel, and the visitor opens a QR gate pass on the Track Pass page. At the gate the security guard scans the QR with the laptop webcam, takes the visitor photo, checks the visitor in and later checks out, so the office always knows who is inside.

How it works

• Visitor fills the request form: name, mobile, company, department, person to meet, date and time (visiting hours only).
• A pass code like VP-4K7Q2M is created with status Pending and the host gets a bell notification.
• The host approves (optionally with a new time and a note), rejects with a reason, or invites a known visitor with a ready pass.
• The visitor opens the QR pass with pass code + mobile and can print it or show it on the phone.
• The guard scans the QR; the pass is valid only on the visit date, inside the time window, once, and not for blocked numbers.
• Photo + ID -> Check In (host notified) -> Check Out; visitors who stay too long are shown in red.
• Walk-in visitors are added by the guard and approved by the host from the host panel.

Does it need internet? No. Bootstrap, QR libraries, charts and fonts are inside the project; it runs on XAMPP offline. Does the webcam scanning work on XAMPP? Yes, on http://localhost.
