CoachEdge - Coaching Class Admission & Fee Portal

CoachEdge - coaching class admission and fee system PHP project is a complete final year PHP project with source code, MySQL database and full documentation. It works like the admission office of a real coaching institute: students see open batches with timing, seats left and fee, apply online with their marksheet, and pay the fee in installments online or at the office counter. Every payment gives a printable receipt with a QR code that anyone can verify on the website.

How it works

• Visitor browses courses and batches with filters (exam, mode, timing) and sees seats left and installment amounts.
• Student registers with parent details and applies for a batch with a fee plan (installments or full payment with discount) and marksheet upload.
• Office verifies documents and approves the seat; a database row lock makes sure the last seat is never given twice, then a roll number and installments with due dates are created.
• Student pays the first unpaid installment with Razorpay (test mode), in demo mode, or the parent pays cash / UPI / cheque at the counter.
• A late fee per day is added automatically after the grace days (all values in settings).
• Receipt opens with a PAID stamp and QR code; the admission becomes Enrolled and the ID card with QR is ready.
• Teachers mark daily attendance and enter test marks; students see the attendance calendar, marks, class average and rank.
