TutorBee – Home Tutor Finder System

TutorBee is a home tutor finder system PHP project built with PHP 8, MySQL and Bootstrap 5. Parents and students search verified tutors of their own locality by subject, class, area, home or online mode, fee and rating, see each tutor's subjects, monthly fee, free days and reviews, and book one free demo class before paying anything. Tutors create a profile, add subjects and fees, and get demo requests from nearby homes. The admin verifies every tutor's ID proof before the profile goes live.

How it works

• Tutor registers, adds subjects with class group and monthly fee, available days and ID proof
• Admin checks the ID proof and verifies the tutor, so only genuine profiles appear in search
• Student / parent searches tutors with filters and opens a full profile with rating breakdown and reviews
• Student requests a free demo on one of the tutor's free days with a Morning / Afternoon / Evening slot
• Tutor confirms the exact date, time and a note, or rejects with a reason, then marks the demo Completed or No Show
• Student rates the tutor and enrolls; the monthly fee is paid with Razorpay (test mode) or demo mode and a receipt is created
• Tutor sees students and earnings after the 10% platform fee; admin sees dashboards and reports
