TurfSpot - Turf & Sports Ground Slot Booking Portal

TurfSpot is a turf booking system PHP project for BCA, BSc and engineering students. Players see the real free hours of every turf for the next 7 days, select one to four hours, pay online and get a booking pass with a QR code and a check-in code. Turf owners list their grounds with day and peak prices, block hours for maintenance and check players in at the counter. The admin approves owners and turfs and prints reports.

How it works

• The owner registers, adds a turf with prices, timings and peak hour; the admin approves it
• The player opens a turf and picks a date from 7 date tabs on the slot grid
• Free hours are selected; the total updates live (day price + evening peak price)
• The booking is held for 15 minutes while the player pays (Razorpay test mode or Demo)
• A receipt and a booking pass with QR + 6 character check-in code are created
• The owner verifies the code at the turf, marks the game completed, and the player rates the turf
