Most colleges still run campus placements on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, so students miss drives and the TPO checks eligibility by hand. This training and placement management Android project fixes that. Students keep one profile with their resume, the TPO posts drives with clear eligibility rules, and the app checks every student automatically before they can apply.

How it works

• The student registers with academic details (CGPA, backlogs, branch, 10th/12th %, year gap) and uploads a PDF resume
• The TPO posts a drive with company, package, rounds and eligibility rules and sees a live count of matching students
• Only eligible students with a complete profile get the drive alert; each drive shows an ELIGIBLE / NOT ELIGIBLE stamp with the exact rule
• Students apply in one tap and track every round on a timeline
• The TPO shortlists, marks each round as Clear / Out and publishes results; students are notified
• The TPO uploads offer letters; the student accepts in the app and is marked placed
• Gemini AI reviews the resume against the job description and gives an ATS score with fixes
