GlowBook - Salon Appointment Booking System PHP

GlowBook - Salon Appointment Booking System PHP Project is a complete web application for a unisex salon. Customers choose one or more services, see only the stylists who do all of them, and book a free time from a stylist-wise slot grid that knows each stylist's shift, lunch break, weekly off and existing bookings. Stylists manage their day from their own panel and the admin controls services, stylists, payments and reports. Built in core PHP 8 and MySQL with Bootstrap 5 - simple to understand, ready to demo.

How it works

• Customer selects services (total time and price add up live) and a stylist who does all of them
• The slot grid shows Free, Booked, Break and Too short times for any of the next 14 days
• Booking is saved inside a locked transaction - the same slot can never be booked twice
• Stylist confirms the booking, marks it Completed or No Show on the day, and records cash
• Customer pays online with Razorpay (test mode) or Demo mode and gets a GST tax invoice
• Customer can cancel an unpaid booking up to 2 hours before and rate the stylist after the visit
• Admin sees revenue, top services, stylist utilisation and date-wise reports
