ParkBay – Parking Slot Booking System with Admin Panel

ParkBay is a parking slot booking system PHP project for malls, stations, IT parks and markets. Drivers search parking by city, date, time and vehicle type, see which bays are free on a live bay grid, hold one bay for 10 minutes while paying, and get a QR parking pass. Parking owners list their lots, add bays row by row and check vehicles in and out at a gate desk. The admin approves owners and lots and watches bookings, payments and reports.

How it works

• Owner adds a parking lot and bays (car, bike and EV); admin approves the lot
• Driver searches by city, date, start time, hours and vehicle and opens a lot
• Live bay grid shows free, booked, parked, on-hold and blocked bays for that time
• Driver picks a bay – it is held for 10 minutes with a row lock (no double booking)
• Payment by Razorpay test mode or offline Demo mode, then receipt and QR parking pass
• Owner scans the QR at the gate, checks the number plate and checks the vehicle in / out
• Overstay is charged after 15 minutes grace; cancel gives 100% or 50% refund by rule
