GiveBox is an NGO donation system PHP project that connects donors with verified NGOs. NGOs run donation drives for clothes, books, ration, toys, winter wear and medical kits with an item-wise goal, and donors request a doorstep pickup instead of carrying bags to a collection camp. Every drive shows how much of each item is collected and how much is still needed.
How it works
- An NGO registers, gets verified by the admin and creates a drive with item-wise goals.
- The admin approves the drive and it appears on the website with a goal meter.
- A donor chooses items and quantity (never more than still needed), address, date and a 2-hour slot.
- The NGO accepts the request and assigns a volunteer; the donor sees a 5-step timeline.
- The volunteer picks up the box and the NGO enters the received quantity.
- The goal meter updates and a certificate of appreciation with a QR code is issued at once.
- Anyone can scan the QR or enter the code on the Verify page to check the certificate.

- Donor - request pickups, track and cancel them, donate money, download receipts and certificates.
- NGO Partner - create drives with goals, accept / reject pickups, assign volunteers, confirm received items, donor report.
- Admin - verify NGOs, approve and feature drives, see pickups, certificates and payments, categories, notices, enquiries, reports and settings.
