HireBridge - Campus Placement & Internship Portal

Campus placement portal PHP project - HireBridge brings the whole campus recruitment process of a college online. Companies register and post placement drives or internships with eligibility rules, students apply after an automatic eligibility check, and the placement officer approves companies and drives and follows every result from one dashboard. Built in core PHP 8 and MySQL with Bootstrap 5 for BCA / BSc final year students.

How it works

• A company registers; the placement cell approves it before it can post drives.
• The company posts a drive with package, dates, minimum CGPA, maximum backlogs, allowed courses and passing year.
• The student completes the profile with CGPA and a resume PDF; the placement cell verifies it.
• For every drive the student sees a 7-rule eligibility checklist - Apply Now appears only when all rules pass.
• The company shortlists, schedules interviews (date, time, mode, venue) and selects or rejects with remarks.
• The student follows each step on a 5-step timeline and prints and accepts the offer letter.
• The admin prints a placement report for any date range.
