PartPilot - Auto Spare Parts Store PHP Project with Vehicle-wise Part Search

PartPilot - auto spare parts store PHP project is a multi-seller online store for car and bike spare parts. Spare parts dealers list their parts with a fitment list (the exact vehicle models and years each part fits). A customer selects the vehicle once - make, model and year - and the store shows only the parts that fit it, with a clear green "Fits your Swift 2019" or red "Does not fit" tag on every part. Orders are placed with a stock lock, split per seller, paid online or by cash on delivery and tracked step by step to the door.

How it works

• Seller registers with GST number and shop licence; admin approves the seller
• Seller adds parts with price, stock, photo and the vehicle models they fit; admin approves each part
• Customer selects Car / Bike, make, model and year (or saves vehicles in My Garage) and sees only the parts that fit
• Cart groups parts by seller; checkout creates one order per seller and locks the stock so the last piece cannot be sold twice
• Payment by Razorpay (test mode), Demo mode (works offline) or cash on delivery, with a printable receipt
• Seller confirms, packs, ships (courier + tracking number) and delivers; the customer sees every step and gets notifications
• GST tax invoice, reviews, cancel before packing and 7-day return with photo, stock back and refund
