VoiceLoop - College Feedback & Survey Portal

VoiceLoop is a college feedback system PHP project for BCA, BSc and MCA students. Students rate each subject teacher of their class on 8 points, answer college surveys and send suggestions. Faculty see their own results as charts, and the college office manages the whole feedback cycle from one admin panel. Answers are anonymous: the student's name is never stored with the answers.

How it works

• Admin adds departments, classes and subjects, and creates faculty accounts
• Student registers with class and roll number; admin approves the account
• Admin publishes the Teacher Feedback form (ready template with 8 questions)
• Student rates every subject teacher once; the next subject opens after each submit
• Faculty see question-wise averages, rating distribution and comments once enough students have answered
• Faculty create class polls; admin approves them before students see them
• Admin sees faculty ranking, department and class charts, publishes survey results and prints reports

Frequently asked questions

Does it work without internet? Yes. Bootstrap, icons, font and Chart.js are inside the project; it runs on XAMPP. Is the feedback really anonymous? Yes. Responses are saved without the student id; only a one-way key stops a second response. Is there online payment? No. This topic does not need payment, so the project has none. Can I change the college name? Yes, from Admin -> Settings.
