HomeSphere Pro is a real estate property portal PHP project built with core PHP and MySQL. It brings buyers, tenants, agents and builders on one website: visitors search verified properties for sale or rent, see photos, price, specifications and amenities, and contact the owner directly. Every inquiry and site visit has a status, so both sides always know what is pending.
How it works
- Visitor searches properties by keyword, purpose, category, state, city, bedrooms, furnishing and price range
- Property page shows photo gallery, specifications, amenities and owner details
- Anyone can send an inquiry; logged-in buyers can book a site visit with date and time (status Pending)
- Agent / builder approves, completes or cancels the visit and marks inquiries Contacted or Closed
- Buyer sees the updated status in the user panel and keeps a wishlist of saved properties
- Agents and builders post new properties with multiple photos and features
- Admin manages properties, categories, states and cities, users, visits, inquiries and settings
