GarageGo - Bike & Car Service Booking System

GarageGo is a bike and car service booking system PHP project built for a multi-brand workshop. Customers add their bikes and cars, book a free 2-hour slot (drop at workshop or pickup & drop) and then watch every step of the job on a road-style status timeline - from Booked to Delivered. Mechanics update each step from their own job card, extra parts are sent with a reason and photo for the customer's approval, and the bill is paid online (Razorpay test mode / demo) or in cash with a proper GST invoice.

How it works

• Customer registers, adds a vehicle (number plate format MH12KT4521) and books a service, date and 2-hour slot - free places are shown live.
• Each slot takes a fixed number of bikes and cars; the last place is protected with a database row lock, so no over-booking.
• Admin (service desk) assigns a mechanic of the right skill - the booking becomes Confirmed.
• Mechanic moves the job step by step: Vehicle Received (odometer), Inspection, Servicing, Washing & QC, Ready for Delivery.
• Extra parts found in inspection are approved or rejected by the customer; only approved items are billed.
• Customer pays when the vehicle is ready and gets a GST invoice; mechanic marks Delivered and the customer rates the service.
• Anyone can track a job with the job ID and mobile number - no login needed.
